Can you suggest a simple slideshow plugin that can replace the current Flashfader plugin we are using on the header of http://www.purrcent.com? The problem is that when the page is zoomed, the flash images do not zomm with the page. Or perhaps this is a simple code fix?

Thank you for this list – I’ve been looking for something like the sponsors slideshow widget for hours! I figured – someone HAS to have made a plugin that can take a category of wordpress links (url, image url, and name) and cycle through them, display with the link.

I think part of my problem was the term “link” or “links” in my google searches. It’s just too common a term. Even searching for “sponsor” plugins got me plugins that either rotated on each load or was intended for advertisements, click-throughs or stuff like that. I run a couple of non-profit websites and just needed a nice single space where the sponsor images and links would look animated.

Now to find another plugin that will take a server directory of images and do nice transitions. I found a couple so far.

I’m looking for the plugin that can make a slide of picture of the posting and its slide the title of the post too. can you sugget me what the plugin should I use.

Can you suggest a wordpress slideshow where I can have the image next to text. I have a sports blog and something like that would be great. An added benefit would be if the user could control when the slide changes. Thanks

Nice list.. Slidedeck looks nice.. they have a free version but you can’t easily remove credit link or logo from bottom… the Pro version looks awesome… just out of my range really… but the features are sure sweet though….
